The Welsh sheep is the only purely black breed of sheep found in the UK. Its fleece is fine enough to e used in specialty products and is long enough to be combed. The fibre fineness is approximately 31-35 microns and the length is approximately 80-100mm.
Perfect for hand spinning, felting and many other craft uses.
