Soybean is a very fine, strong, lustrous vegetable fibre. It is similar in appearance to silk making it ideal for blending with other fine fibres to give a lustrous effect. In blends with cashmere or wool it improves hang and drape qualities.
The staple fibre are approx 25 - 30 mm long . It is also a strong crimpy fibre.
