The Lincoln sheep is a UK breed and is classified as a long wool. It is often used for blending with finer but shorter-stapled wools or Mohair, where a strong yarn is required. It has a good lustre. The wool is approximately 36-40 microns with a length of 100-150mm.
Perfect for handspinning, hand felting, doll making and many other crafts.
